As first-time home buyers, we were very nervous shopping for a home. Eileen made the process less stressful and never pressured us into making a decision. Her patience went a long way since we asked to see several houses multiple times when making a decision. She answered every question we had along the way. She is very knowledgeable of the area and of the entire home buying process. She was able to give us sound advice for every home we considered, which greatly helped us because there were things we were not considering since we never owned a home. We settled on a new construction house which was also very overwhelming for us because the process took about 6 months to complete the entire purchase. Eileen was able to answer questions about resale homes, preconstruction, new construction, if we wanted to build our own home and where and how to buy land, etc. I cannot overstate how knowledgeable she is in all of these areas, which was very important for us. She was quick to understand our needs and desires and was able to steer us in the right direction at every turn. She responded immediately to us when we had questions or wanted to go see a house. She never made us feel dumb for asking questions (since we literally knew nothing about how to purchase a home) and when she did not know an answer, she was quick to find out for us. She helped us to understand every contract we had to sign and recommended various professional services along the way if we needed them (such as inspectors, fireplace inspectors, etc...). I recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a house, but especially for first-time buyers. We are so happy in our new home!!

It was a tough decision for us to put our home up for sale, due to the fact that our home was the hub for gatherings of family and friends. Very responsive, punctual, helpful and kind. I would send her a house I liked and we'd see it THAT DAY. My other realtor would make me make a list of at least 3 homes and I'd have to wait 5 business days before I saw them. Not with Eileen. The day I contacted her about being my realtor, we saw a house just hours later THAT DAY. I was blown away. She is a professional. She's not a part time realtor like a lot of these realtors out there. Do yourself a favor and go with the best.
